What is TalentChoice? TalentChoice is a platform that helps businesses compare and connect with top recruiters. We are not a recruitment agency — instead, we provide a transparent, easy-to-use interface for discovering the best recruiter for your needs.
Is TalentChoice free to use? Yes. TalentChoice is free for employers. You can browse recruiters, view their profiles, and send leads without any cost. Recruiters can create a profile and use the platform on a subscription basis.
How do I send a lead to a recruiter? Once you complete the job brief funnel, you'll be taken to a comparison page showing matched recruiters. Simply click the Send Lead button on the profile of the recruiter you'd like to work with. That recruiter will be notified immediately.
Can I trust the recruiters on TalentChoice? Recruiters are responsible for managing their own profiles, pricing, and performance data. While we don't vet recruiters individually, the platform includes reviews, visibility settings, and detailed cost breakdowns to help you make an informed decision.
How do recruiters get listed? Recruiters can join TalentChoice by signing up through the Join as a Recruiter page. After creating a profile, they can choose their industry specialisations, upload rate cards, and customise their visibility settings.
Can employers leave reviews? Yes. After working with a recruiter through the platform, employers can leave feedback and ratings. These help others evaluate performance and build trust.
What industries are covered? TalentChoice covers all major industries across Australia — from healthcare and construction to IT, logistics, and executive recruitment. Recruiters can specialise in one or many fields.
Is my data secure? Absolutely. We take privacy seriously. All user data is stored securely and only shared where necessary to facilitate matching and communication between recruiters and employers.
What if I need support? You can contact our support team at any time via team@talentchoice.com.au. We aim to respond within 1 business day.
Can recruiters see each other’s profiles? No. Recruiter dashboards and profiles are private and only visible to employers browsing through the platform.
Can I cancel or change my plan? Yes. Recruiters can change their subscription tier or cancel at any time through the dashboard. Changes to visibility or listing limits apply immediately upon plan change.
Is TalentChoice available outside of Australia? Currently, TalentChoice is built specifically for the Australian market. International expansion may occur in the future based on demand.
