Know what you already have

TalentChoice Free includes one active industry category and standard listing visibility. No payment card is needed to start, and there are no lead fees or placement commissions.

  • A personal recruiter profile with photo, agency banner and professional links.
  • Direct enquiries from employers who select you.
  • Employer reviews, your review link and the TalentChoice website badge.
  • The rate calculator, private saved client scenarios and branded printable estimates.

Build the useful foundation first. You can compare paid plans later if broader industry coverage, video or presentation options fit your business.

Gather the details before you start

Prepare a clear photo, agency banner, your role and company details, a short description of the work you recruit for, genuine service locations and current professional links.

Your profile should make the individual recruiter visible, while clearly identifying the agency they represent. Use details you are comfortable publishing, and review the settings that control display of your email and phone.

Work through a simple setup sequence

  1. Create your account

Start from Join TalentChoice and complete the account steps shown. Use an email address you can access for account communication.

  2. Write a focused introduction

Explain the roles, employers and locations you support, then describe your actual approach.

  3. Choose your primary industry

Free activates one industry. Put your strongest market first and add relevant specialisms and services.

  4. Add the supporting details

Check your photo, agency branding, professional links and contact-display choices.

  5. Save and make the profile visible

Review the public page before you share it. Check it on mobile and open your links.

Get value from the tools straight away

Use the calculator to test a private client scenario without publishing a rate card. Add your public profile link to your email signature or website where it helps an interested employer assess your fit. Use the review link for genuine employer feedback.

ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLE

A useful first session

  • Complete and review the public profile.
  • Save one realistic calculator scenario you can explain.
  • Choose one relevant place to share your profile link.

A profile visit is not the same as an enquiry. Watch for relevant conversations and whether employers understand your specialism, rather than treating traffic alone as a result.

Choose your next step for a reason

Premium increases active coverage to three industries and adds styling. Growth provides five industries and video, while Featured provides ten industries and additional branding options. Check the current plans and inclusions against what you actually need.
