I have more than 10 years of recruitment experience, specialising in permanent technical recruitment across engineering, IT, scientific, technical sales and graduate recruitment. I hold a degree in Physics, which gives me a strong technical foundation when working across specialist markets. It helps me understand the requirements of technical positions and assess the experience, knowledge and capabilities employers are looking for. I place a strong emphasis on understanding each candidate’s background, experience and career goals while providing clear and informed guidance throughout the recruitment process.

My approach is targeted and consultative, with a strong focus on identifying candidates whose experience and capabilities align closely with the employer’s requirements. I manage the recruitment process from initial briefing through to appointment, providing clear communication, market feedback and practical advice throughout. I also place importance on understanding the broader business environment, team structure and longer-term objectives so that each search considers both technical capability and overall suitability.
