Qualified Civil & Plant Operator with 10+ years’ industry experience across Local Government and the Private Sector, complemented by five years’ experience across Group Training and Labour Hire. Having spent four years within the Group Training sector, I have developed a strong understanding of workforce development, Apprenticeships & Traineeships, candidate management and the broader requirements of placing and supporting people within employment. My hands-on background as a qualified Civil & Plant Operator provides me with genuine industry knowledge across civil construction, plant operations, site requirements and blue-collar workforce environments. This practical experience, combined with my recruitment and Group Training background, allows me to understand both sides of the recruitment process — what clients require from their workforce and what candidates need to succeed in their roles.
