With almost 20 years of experience in executive search, technology recruitment and enterprise sales, I help businesses make better hiring decisions by focusing on long-term outcomes rather than short-term placements. Throughout my career I've partnered with organisations ranging from high-growth technology companies and digital consultancies through to government, defence and ASX-listed businesses, helping them secure senior commercial, technology and leadership talent. My background extends beyond recruitment into commercial leadership and business development, giving me a strong understanding of what hiring managers actually need from their people.
