Entering my 11th year in Healthcare Recruitment, I remain as dedicated and passionate about this essential industry as ever, and I hope to continue to make a difference for many years to come. My specialty lies in placing locum dentists; securing short and long-term assignments that work for both the clinician and the practice. But my experience spans the full healthcare landscape over more than a decade. Before recruitment, I spent 20 years in journalism and public relations; careers that taught me how to listen deeply, understand nuance, and communicate compelling stories. Today, those same skills help me advocate for practices looking to stand out and candidates wanting their story told with care and precision. Screening of all applicants for the position, followed by face-to-face interviews; Preparation of confidential reports and presentation of a shortlist; Competency testing where possible of all short-listed candidates; Reference checking on preferred candidates.
