Meet Heidy
Somos Recruitment & Executive Search is a people-first recruitment partner specialising in Aged Care, Healthcare, Hospitality, and NDIS. We recruit across all levels, focusing on cultural fit as much as capability—because the right match creates lasting impact. Somos was built on the belief that recruitment should feel human, not transactional. We take the time to understand the story behind every organisation and every individual, creating connections that are thoughtful, aligned, and built to last. Through genuine connection and tailored recruitment support, we deliver a high-quality experience for both clients and candidates. We prioritise quality over volume, offering a more present, transparent, and personalised approach at every stage. For us, it’s not about filling roles quickly—it’s about finding the right people who will contribute, grow, and truly belong. We connect people with purpose—so organisations grow and individuals thrive. Heidy Cerpa

Recruitment done with care and purpose
Supporting organisations across healthcare, aged care and hospitality with permanent recruitment and executive search. We partner closely with clients to understand not just the role, but the impact behind each hire — delivering high-quality, long-term placements across clinical, operational and corporate functions. We believe great recruitment goes beyond filling roles — it’s about understanding people, purpose and long-term impact. Our approach is simple: listen deeply, act with honesty, and deliver with care. I partner closely with organisations to build teams that truly make a difference.
