I'm a husband, a dad of two, and someone who cares deeply about what happens inside early childhood and OSHC services. As a parent, I've seen firsthand what one great educator does for a child's confidence and direction. The right leader shapes a team. The team shapes the culture. The culture shapes every child who walks through the door. That's why Firefly HR exists. We specialise exclusively in leadership and executive recruitment across ECE and OSHC. Centre Directors, OSHC Coordinators, Educational Leaders, Regional Managers, and executive appointments. Not generalist recruitment with an ECE tab.
