- Initially we arrange either a Face to Face or Zoom meeting with you to discuss your company values, culture & recruitment requirements. - Create the job ad based on information provided in the meeting and your position description. - Place the job ad on Seek.com, LinkedIn & other social media platforms, as discussed with you. - Review all candidate applications, shortlist, phone screening, social media screening, detailed interview with candidates - Provide you with a detailed summary of • The candidate’s values & workplace culture • Their education, qualifications, skills and attributes • Future career aspirations & plans • Key Selection Criteria Assessment • General Information • A copy of their resume and cover letter if provided. - Arrange Personality Testing & Background checks if requested - Arrange Client – Candidate interviews and provide a detailed summary of their feedback afterwards. - Reference Check including any customised questions that may have arisen during the interview. - Present any offer of employment verbally on behalf of the client and handle any counter offers or candidate queries. - Maintain contact with the candidate during the Notice Period, especially those of some length. - We can also assist you in developing an onboarding procedure that will improve retention rates with our Post Placement Support Plan.
