Sprint Labs is a Singapore-headquartered managed offshore staffing and employer-of-record company. We recruit, employ and manage full-time offshore teams across Asia for growing companies in Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Singapore. Our people work as long-term members of our clients' own teams — not as freelancers, not as an outsourced project agency. We are deliberately function-neutral. Where most offshore providers specialise in one discipline, Sprint Labs staffs the whole business: software engineering, AI and automation, DevOps, QA and data, alongside sales development, digital marketing, customer support, finance and accounting, bookkeeping, operations, executive assistance and general business support. If a role can be performed remotely and well, we can build and manage that seat.
