I’m the Founder and Managing Partner of Avalon Workforce Consulting, bringing extensive experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning and strategic recruitment across a range of industries, including engineering, construction, technology and scientific research. Having led recruitment functions within complex national and international organisations, I understand the importance of finding the right talent while delivering practical, commercially focused solutions.
