Meet Matt
I'm a Senior recruitment consultant with 10+ years' experience placing IT and Business Transformation candidates across Sydney. I recruit across business analysis, process & Lean/Six Sigma, product, change, project and program management, PMO and delivery. I've worked on both sides of the projects space — in recruitment agencies and in project consulting — which gives me a great understanding of how these roles function day to day, not just what's written in a job spec. My experience has included finding that one key person for the team through to supplying multiple contractors, quickly for fast-scaling programs across waterfall, process transformation, agile, risk and compliance, and product-led delivery projects.

I work with financial services and the airline industry, which require in-depth background checks (client-provided background checks, but I'm also able to provide Fit2Work checks through our background check partner). I will meet with and screen all candidates against the role requirements and provide references (aligned to the job requirements and addressing any concerns from the interview process).
Day rate, permanent and FTC
I recruit across day-rate contracts, permanent, and fixed-term engagement types, matching the arrangement to what the role and the business actually need.
Consultative led approach
I work with employers on a consultative basis. Before a search begins, I take the time to build a solid, in-depth breakdown of role expectations with the client. From there, both sides commit to clear timelines and outcomes, with open, honest feedback throughout the process.
