Meet Monika
In 2024, I founded Head Recruitment — a boutique recruitment partner built on the belief that hiring should be human, strategic, and deeply aligned. Since then, Head Recruitment has developed a strong specialisation within the property investment space, partnering with businesses shaping the future of wealth creation, property advisory, and client-focused investment services. It’s a sector I have a genuine personal interest in and deep respect for — one that requires commercial acumen, trust-led relationships, high-performing sales capability, and people who guide clients through major financial decisions. With a strong understanding of the industry, the roles that drive performance, and the people who thrive in this environment, Head Recruitment goes beyond the brief. We’re not here to simply fill roles — we build partnerships that deliver long-term success for businesses and candidates. If you’re building a high-performing team in property investment let's chat!
