I provide a thorough screening and due diligence process designed to give employers a clear and well-rounded understanding of each candidate before appointment. This includes detailed employment reference checks with previous managers and employers, verification of relevant real estate licences and qualifications, criminal and financial history declarations where appropriate, and confirmation of employment history. Beyond formal checks, I provide recruiter insight into a candidate’s career history — including reasons for leaving previous positions, career movements, tenure, performance, motivations and any areas that may warrant further discussion. My approach is transparent and considered.
