AML Recruitment Specialist I work with law firms, accounting practices, and real estate groups to find experienced AML professionals - whether that's standing up a compliance function from scratch or growing a team that's already in place. Since Tranche 2 came into effect, a lot of firms have found themselves needing a dedicated AML resource for the first time, often without much internal experience in what "good" looks like for that hire. My focus is AML recruitment within professional services - matching firms with people who know how to work in regulated, client-facing settings, and who understand that compliance has to hold up commercially, not just on paper.
