I’m a recruitment consultant specialising in Business Support roles across a range of industries, partnering with businesses to find people who not only have the right experience, but genuinely fit their team and culture. I recruit across administration, customer service, accounts and finance support, healthcare administration, scheduling, coordination and team leadership roles, working across both temporary and permanent recruitment. I really enjoy getting to know both my clients and candidates beyond the job description or CV. For me, good recruitment is about understanding what someone is actually looking for, communicating openly throughout the process, and creating matches that make sense for both sides.
