Meet Tim

I am the co-founder of Emploi, a specialist accounting and finance recruitment agency based in Perth. I began my career as an accountant working in both public practice accounting & commerce before realising that my passion centered around people and relationship building, not numbers. I take a genuine, honest and consultative approach to recruitment. My focus is on understanding what both the candidate and employer are looking for and providing straightforward advice to help achieve the best long-term outcome. My combination of accounting industry experience and more than a decade in recruitment has given me a deep understanding of the Perth accounting market and an extensive network across firms of all sizes. Having said this, I still love what I do each and every day and find it a privilege to be in the position of being able to help people make the right move in their career.
