We have thorough screening questions attached to our job advertisements, if the applicants do not match all screening requirements they are not bought in for interview
Enthusiastic engagement
I do my upmost to accommodate clients staffing needs and send them the most suitable applicants.
Labour Hire
We pay the candidates Wages, Superannuation, Payroll tax & cover them for workers Compensation then bill you for them on a 14 day invoice.
Resume and Cover letter screening
We take care to read through all Resumes & Cover letters to see if the applicants seem like they would be a good match, if they are a good fit on paper we then call them to try and book them in for a face to face interview
Permanent Placement
We find the perfect applicant for the position you are needing to fill. We advertise the position for you ,screen the applicants, do all the reference & Police checks then send you a few candidates to choose from. Once you select the perfect candidate we then charge you a percentage of their annual wage for our service.
Face to face interview
We then interview them asking appropriate questions to work out if they are what the client is looking for.
Reference checks & Police Checks
We then do at least 2 reference checks and if the client requires a police check get this done also.
