I help businesses find their perfect next hire. I'm a Recruitment Consultant at Mansfield & Co in Adelaide, and the part I love most is the people side of it. Good recruitment isn't about filling a seat, it's about understanding what someone genuinely wants, what a business genuinely needs, and making a match that holds up long after the offer's signed. My background in operations and systems means I think strategically about the bigger picture: how a role fits a team and how the right hire moves a business forward, while blending the technical and practical side — not just the job title, but what the work involves and what makes someone good at it. Specialisms & experience
In person interviews
Every candidate we put forward has been interviewed face to face. We use structured, behavioural interviewing to assess technical capability, motivations and how someone will fit your team and culture, not just what's on the CV. It's how we make sure the shortlist you see is genuinely worth your time.
Accounting & Finance
From accounts payable, payroll and bookkeeping through to financial controllers, finance business partners and CFOs, we recruit across the full accounting and finance spectrum. Graduate accountant or seasoned leader, transactional or strategic, temporary, contract or permanent, there's no role we won't take on.

I'm relationship-driven and values led, so I'd rather have a real conversation than fire off a stack of CVs and I’m passionate about how the people behind the function experience the process.
Reference checks
We complete thorough reference checks with previous managers before a candidate reaches a final offer, verifying performance, conduct and the claims made throughout the process. Where a role calls for it, we go beyond the standard two references and dig deeper.
Office & Administration Support
We place the people who keep a business running, from receptionists and administrators to office managers and senior executive assistants supporting your leadership team. We also handle project-based and contract engagements when you need extra capability for a defined piece of work or a busy stretch.
Right to work verification
We confirm every candidate's right to work in Australia before they're placed, checking citizenship, residency or visa conditions through VEVO where relevant. It's a simple step that protects you from the risk and cost of an ineligible hire.
Legal
Across every area of law and every level. Paralegals, legal secretaries and law clerks through to solicitors, senior associates, special counsel and partners, for both private practice and in-house teams. Commercial, litigation, property, family, employment and everything in between.
Psychometric testing (optional)
When a role calls for a deeper read, we can add psychometric and skills assessment to the process. That might mean aptitude or personality profiling to gauge fit and working style. We'll recommend the right tools for the brief, or run whatever assessment you already have in place.
