Meet Will

Most recruiters will tell you they understand your tech stack. I came into this from a different door. Before recruitment I trained as a scientist and hold a Master's in Pharmacology. That means years spent interrogating complex systems, testing assumptions and working out what the data is actually telling you. I bring that same discipline to hiring across Brisbane's technology market: software engineering, DevOps, platform architecture, data and IT support. At P&C Partners I run both the client and candidate side myself, so the person who scopes your role is the same person who delivers it. You brief me once and I see it through.
