Xanthe Madgwick

Meet Xanthe

I’m a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience across both agency and in-house recruitment, partnering with high-growth businesses to find, engage and secure the right talent. With a background in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, I bring a commercial and strategic lens to recruitment, helping clients think beyond filling a role and instead focus on building teams that support long-term growth. I’ve worked across a broad range of functions, including operations, marketing, sales, product, technology and executive leadership, and enjoy partnering closely with founders and leadership teams to understand their business, culture and hiring priorities. My approach is relationship-led, market-aware and outcomes-focused, with a strong emphasis on candidate experience, clear communication and building trusted partnerships with both clients and talent.
